Win4now will always welcome productive feedback from its members, whether it is praise or criticism. We want to make Win4now even better, if that's possible, and it is largely through feedback from our loyal members that this can be achieved. Contact Us If your query has not been answered in these FAQ's, please visit our About us page. We always welcome feedback comments from our users to ensure this we provide a great service.
Win4now queries are always answered as soon as possible. We treat all feedback comments with great importance; however it could take a few days or even a week to look into your problem depending on the complexity of the query.
Prize Queries Yes of course they do! Win4now has many happy and delighted winners every single day, week and month of the year. Browse our winners section to see just how many prize winners there are.
We are committed to providing a fair and consistent system for drawing our winners. A computer programs picks entries entirely at random, the more entries you have the more chance of winning you have. Winners� names are added to the winners section of the website and they receive an email notification that requires a response by phone to our prize confirmation department within 28 days to validate their win.
If you are a lucky enough to be a Win4now winner you will receive an email stating which prize you have won and details on how to claim your prize. Your name will also be added to the winners page.
Follow the instructions on your winners email to claim your prize within 28 days, by phoning our prize department to confirm your address details then we (or a sponsored prize PR Company) will endeavour to send out your prize within 28 days.
Your winners email should give you the email address and telephone number of the person to speak to in case of difficulties. Always CC a member of the Win4now team if your prize is sponsored by a PR company. If in doubt, you could also contact us through this feedback form or phone into the office and speak to the prize department again who will happily help you locate your missing prize.
To make sure you receive important emails from Win4now, please add Win4now to your safe list or address book. However, if you are a winner and haven't received your claim email please let us know via the feedback section and we will send the email again if still within the claim dates. Register and unsubscribe This will result in you no longer being able to enter Win4now prize draws as well as not receiving emails from us. Please note that you may still receive the odd email from us during the next 30 days as your request works its way through our system.
You may still receive emails directly from Win4now sponsors dependent on which questionnaires you have completed in the past. You will have to contact those companies directly if you no longer wish to receive communications from them. We hope that this is never necessary. However, if for any reason you do want to unsubscribe, first log on, then click on the Update Account page, then select the �Deactivate my account� option, you will now be able to un-subscribed from Win4now. As a result you will no longer be able to enter our prize draws and will not receive further communication from us.
Enter your email address within the login box and click the �forgotten password� link to be sent a reminder. Remember to add win4now to your address book to ensure you receive the email in your inbox.
Check carefully that you have typed your email address correctly; retry typing your password, ensuring that caps lock is not active and leaving no spaces before or after your password. You can reset your password by clicking the forgotten password link. If you are certain that you have spelt all email addresses and passwords correctly, left no spaces and you have used the correct upper/lower cases then contact us via our online form and we will look into your query asap.
